I am sure everyone has heard about the latest controversy with South Carolina’s governor having an affair with a woman in Argentina. The question I ask myself is why do all of these important political figures; representing the United States of America, feel the need to act irreverently? But, I still have to keep in mind that they are human beings and make mistakes just like any one else, they just receive more attention than the average “Joe.”
According to an article from http://foxnews.com, “I have been unfaithful to my wife”, he said in a bombshell news conference in which the 49-year old governor ruminated aloud with remarkable frankness on God’s law, moral absolutes and following one’s heart. He said he spent the last five days “crying in Argentina.” His family did not attend.”
